PAH Companion withMe* is a suite of patient support resources customized for your specific needs, questions, and interests. Once you and your doctor have decided that OPSYNVI® is right for you, one-on-one educational conversations with a dedicated PAH Companion coupled with access to current PAH tools and resources can help you take a more active role in your care.
The support and resources provided by PAH Companion withMe are not intended to provide medical advice, replace a treatment plan you receive from your doctor or nurse, or serve as a reason for you to start or stay on treatment.
Once you and your healthcare provider have decided that OPSYNVI® is right for you, J&J withMe will help you find the resources you may need to get started and stay on track. We will give you information on your insurance coverage, potential out-of-pocket costs, and treatment support, and identify options that may help make your treatment more affordable.

A free trial offer is available for eligible patients to help you become familiar with OPSYNVI®.
At the conclusion of the program, you and your healthcare provider decide whether to continue treatment. Subject to one (1) use per lifetime for the first trial of OPSYNVI®. The program is open to patients who have commercial insurance, government coverage, or no insurance coverage; however, there is no guarantee of continuous accessibility after the program ends.

J&J withMe
Oral PAH Savings Program
Support for patients using commercial or private insurance to pay for medication
Eligible patients using commercial or private insurance can save on out-of-pocket medication costs for OPSYNVI®. Eligible patients will pay $5 per prescription fill. Maximum program benefit per calendar year shall apply across all oral PAH therapies in the program. Not valid for patients using Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded programs to pay for their medications. Terms expire at the end of each calendar year and may change. There is no income requirement.
